Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior is an American police procedural drama created by Chris Mundy and Edward Allen Bernero and developed by Chris Mundy. A spin-off from the highly successful Criminal Minds, the series premiered on February 16, 2011 on CBS. This edition's profiling team also works for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) in Quantico, Virginia. The eighteenth episode of the fifth season of Criminal Minds (which aired in April, 2010) served as a backdoor pilot for this series. A total of 13 episodes were produced before its cancellation. The series finale aired on May 25, 2011.
